In you Questions Details > More system details on right your User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0

If you are indeed using Windows XP (NT 5.1) then the latest Firefox version you can run is 32-bit Firefox 52.9.0esr.

Later versions of Firefox requires Windows 7 or later to run.
