I run Windows 10 and Firefox. Suddenly I cannot copy a Word file and Paste it into my customer's web site. Message says it is to do with Firefox settings. I am not able to publish my essays on my publisher's site and he cannot download my Word files.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
