Once the picture-in-picture window pops out, it always shows above all the windows. How do I see other windows fully while having picture-in-picture window?

On Linux you can easily do this by clicking the PiP window to set focus to it and then open the systems menu via "Alt+Space" and disable "Always on Top". I don't know whether this is possible on Windows.
