Filters don't work - messages are forwarded when they contain attachments

Good morning,

I have a mailbox that receives many messages. I had message filtering set up in my inbox - the filter forwarded emails from selected senders to selected recipients. Since yesterday, the filter does not work properly when the message contains any attachment - there is an error in accessing the file. I tested the filters on two computers and two programs - portable and ordinary Thunderbird 91.3.1 under Windows 10 21H1 and the situation is still the same.

The error message on the screenshots is: "Sending the message has failed. An error occurred while attaching the esc.pdf file. Make sure you have access to the file"
