
Unable to access IP addresses.

Here is the error message I get when trying t access an IP address.
Peer using unsupported version of security protocol.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED_VERSION

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required)?
This could be a problem with TLS support (TLS 2.0 and 3.0 are supported).
You can check the server.
You can check your browser for comparison.
