Hello, Since this morning, I have not received any emails from my Thunderbird email account. When I attempt to "Get Messages" I get an error message instead. Please see the error message below.

Hi The message is saying that the server - that belongs to the email provider you are using - is unable to verify your password. Check first with support for your email service that their POP server is working, and that your account details in Thunderbird are using the correct active POP server. It may be that they have retired one of their servers or there is a problem their end, and it is always good to check that you are using their recommended server settings, not outdated ones.
Hello AgnesRM, Thank you for your reply. I contacted the support center for my email service. The issue is not on their side. They also advised me that they have had other people contact them who also use Thunderbird. It seems to be an issue with Thunderbird users who have OPTIMUM as their email service.
