The Technician who installed everything from my old laptop to the new one, lost a lot of my stuff and deleted the old SSD. I made an Acronis (entire PC) backup before the changeover, but my local Technician can't retrieve my Thunderbird address books. Can someone help this octogenarian?

Were you able to retrieve your Thunderbird data (profile) from the Acronis backup? This is what I'm referring to, just to be clear; Profiles - Where Thunderbird stores your messages and other user data
