Tnx. I have removed the extension "Flash Video Downloader", and now the problem has been solved.

This is the message Avira gives when I start Firefox.

Please translate the message exactly.

When I open the browser, firefox, my anti virus program shows a warning, as shown in the picture here above. It says "danger removed" " the connection with flashvd.net has been cut off, because of an infection with URL:Blacklist. We can protect you against other types of danger, Choose the button "upgrade your protection"m or "close all (2)". Details: Name of the danger URL:Blacklist URL https://flashvd.net/.well-known/http-opportunistic Process C:\\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe Detected y Webschild Status closet the connection

I hope this will help you to find a solution, because this warning comes up repeately during a browsing session. Thanks in advance,

This may mean several things. For whatever reason, the browser wants to connect to that site. This could be from:

  • 1) an add-on
  • 2) home page setting
  • 3) the shortcut you used to start the browser
  • 4) malware

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
