Same email displays good on Chrome no good on Firefox

Open a secure email in both Firefox and Chrome. Chrome displays it correctly, Firefox does not. Firefox used to work a few years back but no more. How can I get Firefox to display the email as it should be displayed?

Load the web page. Then, to reload the page bypassing the cache and force a fresh retrieval; Ctrl+Shift+R (Mac=Command+Shift+R)

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Note that it is also possible that the website has made changes that haven't been tested in Firefox.

Does it make a difference if you make the page smaller and wider in both browsers ?
