After restarting my computer to update it to the newest version of windows 10 my copy of firefox has become completely broken.

I am unable to look at any of the tabs, no website will load, I am stuck on the default blank page for each and every tab. I can't even look at my passwords or change my options as they don't load and open in blank featureless tabs.

I uninstalled firefox, reinstalled it, tried again. No luck. I went through that cycle a few more times. Still nothing. I now write from google chrome, fuming over the latest trickery laid to me at the hands of Microsoft.

What is happening? Why has this broken? What gives!

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
