Mozilla VPN
After downloading Mozilla VPN & starting the run/install it stops & says it can't finish the install. I've uninstalled & retried, same thing happens. What's the problem? I've opened a ticket I guess as I received email stating so & I'd hear within 2 days. That was over a week ago. Email says I can update by replying to email so I do so every couple of days. Allot of good that does. I get no help. Anyone have any ideas what to do other than cancel, get refund & move on? Thanks!

Can you please re-download the file from vpn.mozilla.org to make sure the installer file is not corrupted?
Here is what you can also do: - Confirm if your computer clock is automatically updated, you can confirm it is by visiting https://time.is/ and check the date and time match. - Please check for the Mozilla VPN installation file that was downloaded (you would find that in your downloads folder) > right-click on Mozilla VPN > properties > select tab Digital signatures > select Mozilla corporation and click on details. A box will open with the Digital signature details, can you send us a screenshot of the information you get in the ticket you have created as attachment?
Please also let us know what operating system and device you are using in the ticket so we can assist quicker. (Windows 10 on a 64-bit system?)
