Thunderbird regularly deconfiguring my email inboxes

more options

Hi, Regularly my thunderbird app will deconfigure my 2 work email inboxes. This of course means all email address get lost and I need to import a vCard file. It's a really inconvenient way to start the day. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Cheers, Andrew

please expand on what de-configured actually means to you.

I have never used a vcard in Thunderbird in decades with my account. So I assume there is more here that what you have actually said..

Hi, sorry for the late reply. As in, I open thunderbird and the accounts are not there anymore. I have 2 accounts configured and one requires that I change a setting in the "Advanced config" menu everytime called security.tls.version.min from 3 to 1. I do the same on my desktop but the emails addresses only de-configure, as I've described, on my laptop. Cheers
