The scrollbar is ENORMOUS. It's about 1cm wide and is just annoying. How do I set it back the narrow strip it used to be?

There are widget.non-native-theme.* prefs for the scrollbar on the about:config page that you can check.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can click the button to "Accept the Risk and Continue".

There are tons of parameters in this widget thing. Which ones should I change to reduce the width of the scrollbar? I tried changing a few but it doesn't have any impression.

Yea, cor-el "top 10 contributor" could have been a little more clear about which one? There are 10 different parameters listed for widget.non-native-theme......

I did finally figure it out though - Go to about:config; click Accept the Risk; click Show All. In the search box type widget.non-native-theme.scrollbar.size; click on the "pencil" to edit; then change the number to whatever you want (I put 10 in there and I think that's a little too small) so I finally settled on 12; click the "check mark" to save it and that's it.
