Some of my emails go to my Samsung phone but they do not show on my laptop {win10}. I think that it may be emails with an attachment. But I would like to see the emails on my laptop, tablet and phone. Any advice?

Thanks Toad-Hall, How do I log on to the webmail account via a browser? My emails always appear when I open my Thunderbird emails from the Thunderbird icon. Kind regards, Gordon

If phone is using POP, then the emails could be being downloaded and auto deleted off the server. Pop accounts would need to set up to 'Leave messages on server' in their settings.

Check: Logon to the webmail account via a browser to see if that email is actually on the server. If email is not on server, then no pop nor imap account in Thunderbird can show or download something that does not exist on the server.

If on server, then check Thunderbird on laptop to see if you have a setting not to download large messages eg: those that may have an attachment. Right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'Settings'

If pop account: click on 'Disc space' If Imap account: click on 'Synchronisation & Storage'

If the 'Don't download messages larger than X kB' is selected then uncheck that checkbox.

Then restart Thunderbird.

Using a browser such as Mozilla Firefox, you can logon to see emails in your webmail account. If your email address is provided by your Internet Service Provider then it would be their website. Gmail and Yahoo have their own websites.

Examples: BT = https://home.bt.com/login/loginform VirginMedia = https://my.virginmedia.com/home/index# Gmail = https://mail.google.com

You would use your username which is usually your email address and password.
