Hi there, thank you for reaching out. This usually happens when you are logged into your Firefox Account Browser with another email address than the one used for your Mozilla VPN login. Please make sure that you are logged in with the same email address in your Firefox account when trying to open this form via Mozilla VPN. thank you!
