Caldav calendar keeps asking for password

more options

Whenever I reopen Thunderbird I must log back into my calendar accounts. I have tried save the user name and password with password manager but this does not seem to work.

Chosen solution

Found my mistake, when setting up Calendar in user name put the name of the calendar instead of the user name I use for my Calendar provider.

Check the box to remember the password.

I have already done that but it keeps on asking.

Is there already a password Thunderbird has remembered for the calendar? At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button > Options > Privacy & Security > Passwords > Saved passwords

If so, delete the saved one and try again.

There was one that was saved, I deleted it and tried again but to no avail.

Well, then I don't really know what else to suggest. Did you talk to your calendar provider?

more options

No but I am able to connect to it and use it with Thunderbird, I just am unable to save the password on Thunderbird. I am syncing multiple Caldav calendars from the same provider, would this be a problem?

Just a thought, try to allow cookies in Thunderbird. Is there any difference?

Sorry, cookies are already enabled.
