How do I remove "Me" in the email headers

When I open an email, it says the email was sent to "Me." How can I change that to the account's name? I know I did this years ago, but forgot how. I think it was some addon called Delete Me or something like that. Please be gentle. I'll be 72 next month. LOL.

Oh, yeah - this is a new computer I've installed TB on, Win 10.

Thanks.
