the connection to mail.twc.com times out

greetings, I receive emails - but I can not send an email (the conection times out). I have reinsalled thunderbird, but that did not help.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Greetings That didn't work. I can use webmail.spectrum.net to send an email to myself without a problem - but it does not work going the other way. Is there a problem with your servers?
