Send and Attach buttons both vanished overnight!

As of today, March 22, 2021, the Send button and the Attach button in thunderbird have vanished. I see in older help threads this has happened before. I have used Thunderbird for about ten years. I myself do not remember this happening to me before.

Chosen Solution

Do you see the 'Composition toolbar' ? It usually has 'Send', Spelling, Secuity, Save and 'Attach' . If no, then enable it: 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select 'Composition Toolbar'
