Saved Passwords: Make them Hidden, Protected but Functional

Saved Passwords in Mobile and Desktop Firefox.

When passwords saved in firefox are hidden and protected by the master password, they are not functional. And when the master password is entered, the saved passwords become functional, but they are also visible. 

- Question to the Community: Is there a way to make functional the hidden protected passwords?

- Suggestion to Firefox developers: provide a way to make functional the hidden protected passwords. There could be a second master password to make the saved passwords visible.

Firefox for Android does not use a primary password in its password manager.
