Browser crashing

Hi,

I have been using Firefox as my default browser for a long time now. But recently I am facing issues with the browser. The browsers keeps om crashing in every 10-15 min. At first, individual tabs were crashing but suddenly after that the browser started crashing which in turn resulted in my system shut down. I have checked both the browser and windows, they are updated to the recent version.

Try creating a new profile: [Manager - Create, remove, or switch Firefox profiles] If that doesn't solve the problem, I would remove the software and all existing profiles, then install Firefox again.
