
Messages are going to Archive rather than Inbox
Hi Some swine hacked my Thunderbird, wiped out all my addresses, sent spam to all addresses, and now when I try to get my messages, they end up in Archive folder, not the Inbox. Lucky to find 176 emails received over 3 days. Many important ones. Used havibeenpawnd and email address ok, as are all my passwords. But I have changed my Outlook.com password in MS and Thunderbird. I am stuck and have spent hours trying to sort. Uninstalled Thunderbird then reinstalled and the app is fully updated. I have other problems and have asked AVG to help. I use AVG paid for and Malwarebytes paid for. I use Mailwasher Pro to collect and filter my emails. This has been great over many years. I am at a loss re my address book and my Inbox. Any advice will be gratefully received. I have managed to get an email in draft which I got regarding all problems starting with Applications basics with SCREEDS of information[logs?] to Internationalisations and Localisations at the bottom. However I cannot find out where or how to send it to Mozilla. Please excuse my ignorance but Anno Domini has really mussed me up. Cheers and thanks from a slightly unhappy Geri Thanks Alan Jones UK
