Previous messages in the body of the email have stopped hiding, I don't see any option for collapse/expand previous mails in the same thread, then the messages become very long and I overlook the attachement, which is only at the end of all messages.

It used to work well for me before, I don't know where the problem came from.

I have the last version of TB 78.5.1 and I am also using the TB Conversations 3.2.8 addon.

don't you have any recommendations? thanks, Jan

everything works for me after new version of Conversation addon (https://github.com/thunderbird-conversations/thunderbird-conversations/pull/1594), thanks anyway.)

am I the only one with this problem?

You need to find out if the problem is due to the addon(s) you are using. suggest you perform a Test. Restart Thunderbird in Safe Mode. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird

Did you have QuoteCollapse in 68 and then find it doesn't work in 78?

thanks guys, but in safe mode it behaves the same - no collapse and I have never used QuoteCollapse addon.

Don't have a recommendation yet? A clean installation seems to me to be the only solution, but it annoys me a lot.

The quotes won't collapse in safe mode, as that is not the default mode, so you may have to adjust the settings in the Conversations add-on to have collapse work in normal mode. The latest version is 3.2.11.
