Hello - I updated to 78.5.1 (64-bit). I am receiving the same email from Amazon on a confirmation that I ordered something on 12/5. It seems to be stuck because I am unable to receive any other mail. I have a gmail account that goes to Thunderbird. This email only showed up once on the gmail account. I am now going to the browser to get my mail. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you access the account on the gmail website, and delete the Amazon message and empty the Trash, and delete it if it appears in All Mail, do the later messages then download to TB?

if after updating to TB 78.5.1 those problems are occurring, then it may have malformed content.

please disable AV/FW/SS software's "mail-protection" option. if your AV/FW/SS has sub-option to add EXCEPTION, then no need to disable "mail-protection" , you just have to add your IMAP/POP3, SMTP mail-servers there (in Exception List) , more info here. and make sure you enabled the AV/SS settings, to: Scan all files on any Access.

many ISP/MSP are upgrading recently , so you may need to use SMK (secure mail key) or OAuth2 (auth-method) , more info here (At&T-Yahoo) , read it & you will get idea what other things you can try.

and make sure again, mail-accounts in TB has correct settings specified by your MSP (mail-service provider) or ISP.
