Easy downgrade to Version 68 possible? Massive "certificate" problems with TB V. 78
Hello to the comunity
I am using (and recomanding) Thunderbird since early project beginnings. Everything fine and I was a very satisfied user all over the years. But by today, after the program makes an automatically update (I turned off automatic now and will never allow again!) I am really confused. All my accounts need an "handy" klick in a box that I allow an exception in use. What the heck..... More worst, some of my accounts do not work anymore since there is surprisingly since today a certificate problem which I can not klick away by except. I get mad. My main accounts does not work, even I can not open a new one with the same service. I tried to change the security tls settings, does not help.
Any other idea?
Please, tell me how to re-install Version 68 WITHOUT to be a programmer. If it get´s complicated for me as a simply user it brings nobody forward.
Thanks for attention

Thanks the help of the community I found my basic problem - Avast email protection was the reason of my problems. And if I see all the others with similar problems like mine since TB V78 installed it is sure the too fast publishing of V78, such a crux to destroy a perfect (V68) running machine, makes a lot of problems. Lol, here I donate only, but I can feel as a Beta tester like I would have bought a MS or other commercial software :-)
Anyway, the basic of the TB installation is working, but I do not have a good feeling. Folders are not well adressed, filter rules have to be renewed, and and and.........
