I have the latest versions on my laptop and Samsung Note 10+. I am signed in on both. My laptop has my bookmarks. But this latest version for Android won't bring my bookmarks over to my phone. How can I get them on my phone. Before this version I had them. Now my phone is empty.

I understand that Firefox Sync did not connect to your mobile device on this occasion, but hopefully I should be able to help you force a Sync event to take place.

Assuming you have connected the same Sync account on both your mobile and desktop copies of Firefox:

In Firefox on your mobile device:

  1. Go into the Settings menu and select Firefox Account.
  2. Tap on Synchronise now.

This will “force” a synchronisation of the data that is on the local device storage.

Thank you for the effort, but I have been using FireFox for years. I have tried that repeatedly to no avail. Everything was fine until an update on my mobile app. After that I lost my bookmarks and I am still trying to get them back. I deleted the app and re-installed. That did not help. I am still hoping to get help or an answer here.
