WIN 10 PRO - TBird V. 78.4 FFOX V82.0 I know how to fix it - but why does this happen occasionally? I have clients this also happens to, I don't know how to answer them when this happens. Thanks for the great work!

my "guess" is you have software like ccleaner that deletes the serssion.json file so those non default settings are being removed to protect you privacy.
