Can't Save any Attachments

Same as this bug EXCEPT that I can OPEN them, but the SAVE or SAVE ALL options will just take a very long time and only create a 27 byte file. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1268926

Chosen solution

Solution was not the same for me. The bug was that using "Do Not Download Messages Larger Than" setting was causing issues here. I had set to 100kb and every time I tried to save attachments it would download the message and take a long time doing something, then create a tiny file.

Account Settings > [your account] > Synchronisation & Storage > Disk Space/Don't download messages larger than [disabled]

Solution was not the same for me. The bug was that using "Do Not Download Messages Larger Than" setting was causing issues here. I had set to 100kb and every time I tried to save attachments it would download the message and take a long time doing something, then create a tiny file.

Account Settings > [your account] > Synchronisation & Storage > Disk Space/Don't download messages larger than [disabled]
