Hi

There is no way to do this directly on an Android device. You will need to:

  • Sign into your Google Account on a desktop copy of Chrome
  • Install a desktop copy of Firefox and import bookmarks
  • Set up a Firefox Account and sync the bookmarks to your mobile device
