How does Firefox know which bookmarks to keep or delete during sync?

If I have two devices paired and in sync, then delete a folder of bookmarks from one device, how does Firefox know whether the folder should be restored to where it was deleted or deleted from the other device?

Hi Carla

Firefox Sync takes the newest state of your data (whether than be bookmarks, user credentials or tabs) on an instance of Firefox, then syncs that to the other devices.

That way you always have the newest copy on your devices.

Firefox Sync takes the newest state of your data (whether than be bookmarks, user credentials or tabs) on an instance of Firefox, then syncs that to the other devices.

That way you always have the newest copy on your devices.
