Firefox fails to display eBay site correctly
It may be after a recent update, but Firefox no longer displays eBay pages correctly. The site appears as raw text, quite unformatted, with no images, and is useless for navigation or use. in fact, it looks very similar to the very old-styles "text only" displays that used to be alomst standard last century.
I have already deleted cookies and history.
I have little time to spend dealing with Firefox problems, and so have reluctantly stopped using it. I am now using a competitor's browser. However, if anyone has a quick simple solution I will take it. But Firefox's configurations menus are uselessly designed and one must scan the entire menu system quite often to find (and fail to find) whet one needs, so please (try to) make it quick & simple.
In hope, and possible thanks.

Hi KAS, a number of users are finding that Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection feature is wrecking the layout of eBay by blocking some files. You can disable ETP on eBay as a workaround, using the "shield" icon at the left end of the address bar. More info in this article: Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for desktop.
Was that it, or still having problems?
And in any case of missing content, especially if you have upgraded from the "Standard" level of protection, a quick glance at that shield is a good idea.

Load the web page. Then, to reload the page bypassing the cache and force a fresh retrieval; Ctrl+Shift+R (Mac=Command+Shift+R)
Fred - many thanks for the suggestion. However, I am afraid that the problem was not resolved by your suggested solution. I wouldn't give you a thumb's down for the attempt, but as it didn't work, neither can I give you a thumb's up! Thanks again ... KAS

Thank you JScher2000 ... that did solve the problem. Kenneth Spencer

Same issue with my website. However, disabling ETP worked fine.

I have the same problem with the eBay website not longer displaying correctly in Firefox (version 80.0.1 on Windows 10 x64). I've cleared all data and cookies, and also tried disabling all extensions and disabling enhanced tracking protection for the eBay website, but none of those changes made any difference. See attached image for how the website looks now in Firefox - all the formatting has disappeared.
The eBay website displays correctly without any problems in both Chrome and Edge browsers on the same PC.

Hi njhp94, the shield icon is still looking a bit purple in your screenshot. Could you try clicking that again and clicking the "slider switch" to turn off ETP again?
I have tries all the above suggestions, to no avail. The ebay start up screen appears correctly, but as soon as you select or search for anything the followiung appears. What is most strange is if I use a diffeent browser on the same PC, Ebay is displayed properly. This has been going on for about 5 weeks now.
Any thoughts or suggestions please.

Does using Ctrl+Shift+r on the results page help at all?
