I been using the vpn on windows 10 and it was working for a bit but all of the sudden is doesn't want to launch. I click and click and nothing happens. I'd uninstalled, and reboot and still doesn't launch! What do you think my problem is?

Have you tried reinstalling Mozilla VPN?

You can connect with the Mozilla VPN team directly: Log into your account at https://accounts.firefox.com, click manage next to Subscriptions, and click support.

I sent in a ticket with Mozilla support. I had a hard time trying to figure out where to contact the support team but I eventually figured out how to do so. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and the app still doesn't launch. I'm waiting to see what Mozilla support team says.
