How do I get an answer?

First of all :  in the other threads you didn't mention what problems you have with Firefox;   all you did was rant and rave.

The people who answer questions here are volunteers, users just like you, who are trying to help other users in their spare time, and they don't deserve to be called names.

What if you calm down (and tone down) and let us know what the problem is that you have with Firefox ?
