I cannot connect to one particular website - that I have used very often before. All my other web connections are OK. I signed up to a new AVG security package this morning. The message I get is: 'Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to app.bto.org. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.'

I have contacted the particular website operators and there is no problem at their end. Other users are getting on to it with no difficulty.

Chosen solution

They likely have a rule that is denying access when they detect a VPN is being used. Unfortunately there isn't a workaround for this, as it's a decision on their end and not ours. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
