This past week when I right click on an article on MSN.com and select the open in a new tab item the new tab appears to the right of the active tab briefly and then disappears. This happens very quickly and I have not found a way to allow the new tab to open. Any thoughts and ideas are greatly appreciated.

Is that new Tab opening another MSN.com webpage?

It is any time I right-click on and article/link to read the full article in a new tab. It's behaving like the new tab is being treated as a popup and being blocked.

Here is a video of the problem in action. MSN problem
