Firefox not syncronizing

Hiya. I have reset my pc today and installed firefox but when i sign in and click syncronize nothing appears to happen yet everything was fine yesterday and had everything on my firefox sync. Normally it does it straight away but it hasn't this time. How can i fix it? Cheers Robot_mic
