Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Fred, you responded to my query yesterday about being unable to sign in to bluehost.com from Firefox. The problem started about 10 days or a week ago. I am able to sign in from Safari.
What happens? I enter the password correctly, I receive a little message "All right world, time to take you on" and instead of getting the page that accesses to WordPress, as I do on Safari, I get a blank screen under this URL: https://my.bluehost.com/hosting/app#/

And then nothing happens.
I tried adjusting the settings on privacy, security, and firewall so as to allow bluehost.com or possibly whitelist it, and in fact I removed the firewall.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
