I am going to say yes clearing you Cache does not delete your passwords. But if you are still concerned you can always sign out of your Firefox Account and then clear the Cache so as Firefox does not Sync with it and then afterwards sign back in because that is where you passwords are stored.

The cache is used by browsers to store information sent by websites. Page data for example.

Cookies are used to store information the website has on you. Settings for example.

Passwords, bookmarks, and history are stored separately and are semi-permanent. {web link}
