Can't upload JPG images
Hi. I reset my Windows 10 last night to fix a glitch (it didn't fix it) and I suddenly cannot see/upload my JPG files online with Firefox. For example, if I click to post a picture to my Tweet, only the PNGs in the folder will appear, despite there being JPGs in it as well. This only happens with Firefox, as Edge and Chrome show/make them available just fine, and they show up on my PC normally. I was told to reinstall Firefox, which I did, but they still don't show up.
How do I fix this?
Chosen solution
There is usually an 'All files' selector present that allows to show all files and not only a specific file extension like seem to happen in your case.

Here, you will find out the best, simple, and practical ways to fix the inability to open JPG files in Windows 10 or other versions. Each of the enlisted methods can be your solution.
Are you ready? Let’s read! Method ::: Roll back to default setting Photo app
This method is the first because it helps a lot of users who, due to some reasons, can't open a JPG file.
So do the following:
Go to Settings. There, select the Applications tab, then click Applications and Features. Find and select advanced options. Now, you need to select the left mouse button "Reset." This will start the process of resetting all the default settings.
Restart the computer and check if the JPG opens.
If you still can't open JPG files on Windows 10, proceed to the next method.

The issue isn't my entire PC, though; it only occurs on Firefox. Other browsers show it just fine.

That was the issue! :0 I only wish I knew how to set it so that it automatically uses "all files" when uploading instead of "all supported file types".
