As the link say, before Firefox have sync quota limited is 25mb. (before many years ago I use Firefox, and i have many bookmarks and often over 25mb, and old bookmarks will disappeared. Because now I can't find any about sync quota information for now, so I ask here,hope some geek can answer me, thanks)

That article is close to ten years old, I am now aware of any quota currently in place. Sure, if you have a lot of data it could take a while to sync, but in normal operation I have never had a problem.
