The Highlighter add-on is not compatible with TB 68. To highlight text, select it, then Insert/HTML... and add the mark tag as shown in the picture.

I don't know how to do what you said. I highlighted the text. To "select" I tried control-C, but that didn't seem right. To Insert/HTML..., I had no idea what to do. Thank you for further help. Cory

First, you have to compose mail in HTML format, and have the Menu Bar visible in the Write window. Press Alt if it's hidden, then select Insert/HTML... 'Select text' means to drag the cursor over it.

Thank you. I did the Alt thing and was able to get it to ask me to insert the string. I pulled out my ancient copy of "Creating Web Pages for Dummies", and found the hexadecimal codes for 14 colors, which I tried to use by emulating the example with italics. But when I tried to finish the job by clicking on Insert, my message was unchanged.  ??

The mark tag produces a yellow highlight. For other colors use the span tag (see picture).
