Hello.Today i make an electronic bill payment.And when i try to print online the receipt i noticed that my printer is does not appear.Appear the screenshot.I can't directly print via fierfox from printer?Or is a bug?

Hi, try restarting Firefox.

If that doesn't help, check that the printer is showing as installed on your PC and try restarting your PC.

Try resetting Firefox printer setting Fix printing problems in Firefox.
