The master password is used to encrypt the logins, so without entering the MP somehow it is not possible to decrypt the logins. On Android you can unlock the Lockwise app via the fingerprint scanner and retrieve the logins from the Sync server, but on desktop Lockwise is merely a frontend for the Password Manager and the logins are stored locally in logins.json in the profile folder.
