Hi, I cannot use the installed Prime app in the fire stick (I'm not in the US and therefore it does not let me play my local version of Prime) and so I thought I could use the app via firefox however it is not supported. Any idea if there is something else I could do to get it working?

I am sorry, I do not fully understand the issue that you are having. What is stopping you from being able to view Prime content through the Fire TV device?
