receiving of emails has stopped on 29.1.20, can still send emails
having to use outlook to receive emails, but it is out of licence and cannot send emails. Can still send emails using Thunderbird.

Is the mail account in Outlook a pop or imap account ? Is the mail account in Thunderbird a pop or imap account ?
Do you get any error messages in Thunderbird when you attempt to 'Get Messages' ?
