Need help with confirmation mail

Need help to send a new confirmation mail. Have been getting this message since last year so please no reply about waiting 24hrs.

If you log in again, you should be able to use email to verify recovery according to the instructions. First, cancel the spam Settings in the mailbox
How can I login with a locked account?
