I want to send in text, but my messages are in HTML. How do I change that?

I used to compose/send in plain text, but for some reason it's all in HTML know. For me, if nothing else, the plain text is larger and easier to read. How do I change that back?

hold shift while you go to the compose window. Does that change it back?
