Hello

I opened TB to check emails this morning as usual but after several weeks of it working fine it will no longer download emails from the server. I use BT Yahoo email and have a @btinternet.com address. I can access my email via webmail here https://home.bt.com/login/loginform?TARGET=$SM$https%3A%2F%2Fsignin1.bt.com%2Fbtmail%2Fsecure%2Femaillogin which is what I have been doing for ages to check spam etc.. and I don't think anything has changed here.

I have gone through all the server and name settings in TB and nothing has changed. When I open TB it tries to log on to the server but after a while the attached message comes up. I am using version 60.9.1 because I had to import .dbx files from Outlook Express on my old computer and the current version of TB does not recognise .dbx files.

Has anyone got any ideas as to what the problem is? If I click on Help and then 'About Mozilla Thunderbird' it says I am on the 'release update channel' but if I click on the 'Download the latest version' link absolutely nothing happens.

Thanks Richard
