No envelope tray Icon in Linux

HI, I just changed from WI10 to Linux Mint MATE19.2 an I realize Thunderbolt don't shows the envelope Icon in panel tray I think this is an native function but I don't know I can active it How can I activate this option in Thunderbird (60.9.0)?

Dear @sfhowes, Thanks for the link I tried both infos form comments #15 and #21 without success https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-applet/+bug/1754458

I realized Indicator-apple-complete was not installed. after installed it I tried again but without success too
