My tabs suddenly became black. I tried to reinstate the previous color but it is impossible.

I went to Extensions and Themes and tried to restore the previous color - tabs were gray, well aligned and visible squares. Now they are transparent and bland in the background color which is not what it was before. I have disability and working from home makes my work more difficult if i don't align distinctly the tabs in the color gray as before. It takes me more time to recognize them and click. Help please. I attach what i want to be, the gray and what is now one blue line. Looking forward Thank you Antoinette

Sorry, where is Firefox color 2.1.5? Yes, i enabled Light scheme

Your system details show that you have it installed - you should find it when you go to the 3-bar menu => Add-ons => Extensions.

When you find it, would you please disable it to see if this might be the culprit ?

Did you install a lightweight theme? "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes

Hello toniclair,

Would you please disable "Firefox Color 2.1.5" and see if that will
make a difference ?

Yeees! You are magician! The tabs turned as before. How did this happen? Big help. Can I remove it completely? Thank you, thank you so so much!

I'm so glad that you found it and that it did turned out to be the culprit  !

And yes, you can remove it : do you see those three little dots at the right side of the add-on ? When you click on those, you'll see the option to remove it.
